OR</li><li style=\"margin-bottom: 0in;\">Four (4) years of military service with relevant technical, operational, communications, logistics, aviation, electronics, maintenance, or infrastructure experience; OR</li><li style=\"margin-bottom: 0in;\">Two (2) years of experience in data center operations, technical support, IT infrastructure, networking, telecommunications, electronics, or related fields.</li></ul><p style=\"margin-bottom: 0in;\">In addition:</p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li style=\"margin-bottom: 0in;\">Strong technical aptitude and desire to advance within data center operations.</li><li style=\"margin-bottom: 0in;\">Ability to work independently while following established procedures.</li><li style=\"margin-bottom: 0in;\">Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation skills.</li><li style=\"margin-bottom: 0in;\">Professional demeanor and commitment to operational excellence.</li><li style=\"margin-bottom: 0in;\"><p>Participants should plan to fully participate each workday for the full 12 weeks.&nbsp;</p><p style=\"line-height: normal;
