    "description": "<ul></ul>\n<p>T&amp;H Realty is seeking a field-based Project Manager to oversee single-family rental turnovers, inspections, vendor coordination, and quality control across Indianapolis and surrounding counties.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>This role is ideal for someone with experience in property management, renovations, construction, or residential project management who enjoys working independently, solving problems, and keeping projects moving on schedule.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-weight: bold\">What You’ll Do</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Manage properties from move-out to market-ready</li>\n<li>Coordinate vendors, repairs, and turnover timelines</li>\n<li>Review property evaluations and scopes of work</li>\n<li>Conduct property inspections and quality assurance visits</li>\n<li>Assess damages and ensure properties meet T&amp;H standards</li>\n<li>Maintain accurate work orders, updates, and communication</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-weight: bold\">What We’re Looking For</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>3+ years of experience in:\n<ul>\n<li>Single-family property management</li>\n<li>Residential renovations</li>\n<li>Construction/project management</li>\n<li>Property inspections</li>\n</ul>\n</li>\n<li>Experience managing vendors and multiple projects at once</li>\n<li>Strong organization and communication skills</li>\n<li>Comfortable working independently in the field</li>\n<li>Experience with Propertyware, Rentvine, zInspector, or similar systems preferred</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-weight: bold\">Schedule &amp; Requirements</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Monday–Friday</span> | 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM</li>\n<li>Field-based throughout Marion County and the surrounding counties</li>\n<li>Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required</li>\n<li>Must live within 45 minutes of the Indianapolis office</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">A high school diploma or GED is required.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Have a stable, working internet connection at home to connect to a company-provided computer.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Have a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record, the ability to pass a background check, and the ability to operate a company vehicle safely.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(45, 45, 45); font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Able to stand and/or sit for long periods and climb stairs regularly throughout the workday.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(45, 45, 45); font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Able to lift, carry, push, pull, or move objects up to 25 pounds.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-weight: bold\">Benefits</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Company vehicle provided</li>\n<li>Health, dental, vision insurance</li>\n<li>PTO</li>\n<li>Simple IRA with employer match</li>\n<li>Annual bonus opportunity</li>\n<li>Company phone &amp; technology provided</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><br></span></p>\n<ol></ol>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt; font-weight: bold\">Location</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">This job is a hybrid position. <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Must be able to travel to Marion County and the surrounding counties</span> Monday-Friday and be available for in-person meetings and company functions as necessary. </span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">T&amp;H Realty Service is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
