          "text": "<p>All Care Therapies is&#xa0;currently seeking a<strong>&#xa0;Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) </strong>to join our dynamic&#xa0;<strong>outpatient clinic in Katy, TX</strong>!&#xa0;We are looking for a clinician who is <strong>fluent in Spanish </strong>to deliver compassionate care to our&#xa0;<strong>pediatric&#xa0;</strong>patients, contribute to the multidisciplinary team, and collaborate with families to deliver a plan of care.&#xa0;</p><p><em>Offering up to a $5,000 sign on / relocation bonus!&#xa0;</em></p><p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Conduct pediatric patient assessments and evaluations to determine their physical condition, limitations,&#xa0;medical histories, and personal goals</li><li>Confer with physicians, patients and their families, nurses, therapists, social workers, and other&#xa0;members of a patient's care team</li><li>Develop a treatment plan for pediatric patients with specific goals and tasks that will help them meet&#xa0;those goals</li><li>Assess pediatric patient's&#xa0;progress against goals and prepare reports for healthcare providers and&#xa0;insurance agencies</li><li>Complete all clinical notes in a timely manner using the company’s EMR system</li><li>Maintains safe, secure, and healthy work environment by establishing, following, and enforcing&#xa0;standards and procedures and complying with legal regulations</li></ul>",
