Operators will need to understand fruit descriptions and be able to read sales desk packing instructions.&nbsp;</p><p><br></p><p>&nbsp;Essential Functions</p><ul><li>Must be able to follow and enforce all safety and operational standards in place by Monson Fruit.&nbsp;</li><li>See something say something mindset.&nbsp;</li><li>Must follow and enforce GMP’s and food safety rules.&nbsp;</li><li>Anyone as a manager has the ability to enforce and reprimand employees for not following GMP’s&nbsp;</li><li>Responsible for training new employees. Monson Fruit leads will work with employees in a positive and respectful manner.&nbsp;</li><li>Help organize crews with their direct supervisor and manage the team’s workload.&nbsp;</li><li>Ability to trouble shout packing line break downs and develop a basic understanding of PLC/VFD logic to assist the maintenance department in identifying equipment issues.&nbsp;</li><li>Responsible for start-up, Calibration and Maintain Sizing Equipment by assisting maintenance PM Schedule for all sizing equipment.&nbsp;</li><li>Have a in-depth understanding of how production works and capable of answering grower questions if they arise.&nbsp;</li></ul>",
