    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<p><strong>Essential Duties and Responsibilities:</strong></p><p>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Develop and Maintain a stable cycle count program.<br>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Act as point person to resolve inventory discrepancies resulting from cycle counts.<br>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Identify and analyze inventory discrepancies daily. Determine root cause and provide corrective actions when appropriate.<br>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Develop ad hoc reports to aid in the management and disposition of excess inventory.<br>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Partner with engineering resources to ensure proper implementation of deviations and ECN’s.<br>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Partner with key members of the Quality Assurance department involving recalls and holds and returns.<br>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Provide and analyze anticipated weekly inventory accuracy report.<br>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Partner with IT to maintain ORACLE inventory accuracy assisting to develop improved processes and procedures.<br>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Work with production and subject matter experts to ensure up to date production reporting and promote real time inventory accuracy.<br>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Partner with the Supply Chain Transformation team to roll out future implementations.<br>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Assist with drive daily production planning processes.</p><p><br><strong>Education/ Skills/ Experience:</strong></p><p>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Associate degree and 2 years of experience in inventory control, cycle counting, and warehouse processes; or equivalent combination of education and experience.<br>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Ability to interpret and analyze data.<br>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Word.<br>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Interpersonal, communication, and time management skills.<br>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;ORACLE knowledge specifically transaction analysis.<br>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Strong decision-making skills.<br>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Adept at managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.<br>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Ability to work quickly and effectively in demanding situations to meet critical deadlines.<br>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Drive for continuous improvement.<br>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Ability to motivate others without direct supervision authority.</p><p>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;<br><strong>Physical Demands and Work Environment</strong></p><p><strong>Physical Demands</strong></p><p>The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
