font-size: 10pt\">Own day-to-day performance of the affiliate portfolio across all verticals.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Source, negotiate, and onboard new affiliate partners (networks, publishers, media buyers, comparison sites).</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Optimise commission structures (CPA, rev share, hybrid) to maximise ROI and player quality.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Test new affiliate types, geographies, and traffic sources to diversify acquisition.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;
