As a <strong>Service Dispatcher</strong>, you’ll play a crucial role in ensuring our technicians have everything they need to get the job done right—on time and with quality.</p><p><strong>Shift Available:</strong></p><ul><li><strong>This position will work Wednesday-Saturday, 5:00am-4pm.</strong></li></ul><p><strong>WHAT YOU'LL DO:</strong></p><ul><li><strong>Coordinate &amp; Assign Repairs</strong> – Assign work to technicians based on skill level, certification, and workload.</li><li><strong>Monitor Workflow</strong> – Keep an eye on repair progress and make real-time adjustments to keep things moving.</li><li><strong>Communicate with Customers &amp; Team Members</strong> – Provide updates on repairs, delays, and estimated completion times.</li><li><strong>Collaborate Across Departments</strong> – Work closely with the rest of the Service office and Parts team to minimize delays and ensure smooth repairs.</li><li><strong>Quality Control</strong> – Review completed repair orders to ensure all documentation meets company and warranty guidelines.</li><li><strong>Facilitate Shift Changes</strong> – Communicate job status and updates to ensure a seamless transition.</li></ul>",

          "text": "<p><strong>What We're Looking For:</strong></p><ul><li>Minimum of 2 years mechanical, trucking, or dealer service experience; 4+ years preferred</li><li>Knowledge of Service department operations</li><li>Fundamental mechanical aptitude or truck repair experience</li><li>Proven supervisory experience and leadership skills</li><li>Knowledge of computer operations, data entry, and MS Office with 30wpm typing capability; Procede software experience is a plus</li><li>Freightliner dealership experience and CIC Level I or II training are strongly preferred</li><li>Demonstrated time management and interpersonal communications skills, even in times of stress</li><li>Strong organizational and problem-solving skills that reflect the ability to perform and prioritize multiple projects seamlessly with excellent attention to detail and a solution-focused outlook</li><li>Must participate in a pre-employment background check&#xa0;and drug screen.</li></ul><p><strong>WHAT WE OFFER:</strong></p><p><strong>Pay Range: </strong>$49,071.36 - $73,607.04 per year with incentive eligibility&#xa0;</p><ul><li>401(k) with company match</li><li>Health insurance with 3 plan options to choose from</li><li>Vision Insurance</li><li>Dental Insurance</li><li>Paid time off including paid&#xa0;volunteer time</li><li>Disability insurance</li><li>FSA and HSA options</li><li>Company paid Life and AD&amp;D insurance</li><li>Maternity leave</li><li>Employee assistance program</li><li>Wellness program</li><li>Company paid uniforms</li></ul>",
