      "content": "<h3>Product Design &amp; Engineering</h3>\n<ul data-spread=\"false\">\n<li>Develop mechanical designs and engineering documentation for new and existing power distribution and protection products.</li>\n<li>Create and maintain detailed CAD models, assemblies, and manufacturing drawings.</li>\n<li>Support the design and development of products including switchboards, power distribution equipment, and related electrical enclosures.</li>\n<li>Participate in engineering reviews and provide constructive feedback to improve product performance, manufacturability, and quality.</li>\n<li>Implement design revisions and improvements based on review outcomes and testing results.</li>\n\n<h3>Prototype Development &amp; Validation</h3>\n<ul data-spread=\"false\">\n<li>Design, release, and support the fabrication of prototype components and assemblies.</li>\n<li>Coordinate prototype evaluation activities and identify opportunities for product enhancements.</li>\n<li>Lead continuous improvement efforts resulting from prototype testing and validation.</li>\n<li>Support testing initiatives and assist with fixture design when required.</li>\n\n<h3>Project Ownership</h3>\n<ul data-spread=\"false\">\n<li>Manage smaller-scale engineering projects independently from concept through completion.</li>\n<li>Coordinate engineering activities to ensure project milestones, timelines, and objectives are achieved.</li>\n<li>Maintain project documentation and communicate progress to stakeholders.</li>\n\n<h3>Cross-Functional Collaboration</h3>\n\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul data-spread=\"false\">\n<li>Work closely with manufacturing, supply chain, quality, service, and other departments to ensure designs support business and customer requirements.</li>\n<li>Assist with product customization initiatives and engineering change processes.</li>\n<li>Support product lifecycle management activities, including updates, optimization efforts, and continuous improvement projects.</li>\n<li>Contribute to design-for-manufacturing initiatives that improve efficiency, quality, and cost performance.</li>\n\n\n</ul></li></ul></ul></ul>"

      "content": "\n<li>Experience designing products for electrical power distribution, power protection, or related industries.</li>\n<li>Familiarity with data center infrastructure products and applications.</li>\n<li>Working knowledge of electrical safety and compliance standards, including UL and IEC requirements.</li>\n<li>Two or more years of experience using SolidWorks for mechanical design and modeling.</li>\n<li>Experience performing thermal and structural evaluations within a CAD environment.</li>\n<li>Familiarity with Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) systems.</li>\n<li>Knowledge of sheet metal design principles, detailed part drawings, assembly drawings, and design-for-manufacturing practices.</li>\n<li>Technical writing experience.</li>\n<li>Experience designing or supporting test fixtures.</li>\n<li>Experience with switchboards, power distribution units (PDUs), and industrial control panels.</li>\n<li>Familiarity with standards such as UL 891 and UL 508.</li>\n"
