          "text": "<p><strong>Northern Edge Physical Therapy</strong> has an immediate opportunity for a full-time <strong>Physical Therapist</strong>&#xa0;who desires to join a team dedicated to evidence-based manual therapy.</p><p>You will provide direct patient care and support rehabilitation activities. You will have access to state-of-the-art movement analysis technology, rehabilitative ultrasound imaging, and other assessment tools. You will be mentored to develop expert-level skills in Dry Needling, Manipulation, movement analysis and more.</p><p>Responsibilities</p><ul><li>Assesses patients and develops and initiates treatment plans based on the evaluation results.</li><li>Review the Physician's referral (Prescription) and the patient's condition and medical records to determine the physical therapy treatment required.</li><li>Provides direct patient care by established protocols and patient care guidelines.</li><li>Documents findings, progress, and instructions to patients and caregivers.</li><li>Responsible for patient care performed by assistants and rehabilitation technicians.</li><li>Completes a written plan of care, develops goals based on evaluation findings, and develops a comprehensive program to attain goals.</li><li>Implements physical therapy treatment program and provides essential physical therapy treatments.</li><li>Communicates effectively with patients/caregivers and professional colleagues, including physicians and insurance companies.</li><li>Ensure timely documentation, including daily notes, weekly workers' compensation reports, progress reports, initial evaluations, discharge summaries, and incident reports.</li></ul><p>&#xa0;</p><p>&#xa0;</p>",
