Duties will include, but are not limited to:</span></p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li style=\"margin-bottom: 0cm;\"><span style=\"font-size: 11pt; line-height: 115%;\">Leading the Gas Bar team in delivering a consistent, high-quality customer experience</span></li><li style=\"margin-bottom: 0cm;\"><span style=\"font-size: 11pt; line-height: 115%;\">Maintaining customer service standards by tracking, monitoring and follow-up of customer comments and complaints in a timely efficient manner.</span></li><li style=\"margin-bottom: 0cm;\"><span style=\"font-size: 11pt; line-height: 115%;\">Recruiting, training, coaching, and developing Gas Bar team members, fostering a positive, engaged, and inclusive workplace</span></li><li style=\"margin-bottom: 0cm;\"><span style=\"font-size: 11pt; line-height: 115%;\">Providing feedback to Senior Manager, Energy regarding recommendations for continued improvement of operations.
