Directs daily workflow and coordinates staff schedules. Holds branch team accountable for adhering to all internal branch operations policies and procedures through consistent training and coaching. &nbsp; Responsible for overall member experience.&nbsp;</span></li><li style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; color: black;\">Manages branch business development efforts; including internal and external efforts to drive business to the organization.&nbsp;</span></li><li style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; color: black;\">Accountable for motivating and coaching staff to achieve all branch production goals established by senior management, included but not limited to: increasing membership, opening and servicing new and existing accounts, originating home loan and consumer loan applications (home equity, auto, personal, credit card, etc.). &nbsp;Cross-sells other Credit Union products and services.&nbsp;</span></li><li style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; color: black;\">Actively participates in Credit Union promotions and external networking opportunities. &nbsp;Leverages contacts for results.</span></li><li style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; color: black;\">Controls branch security and determines individual accountability for cash and negotiable items.</span></li><li style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; color: black;\">Recruits, interviews and recommends qualified personnel. &nbsp; Ensures that all employee performance appraisals are completed and administered in a timely manner, including goal setting, providing constructive feedback in a professional manner and developing a career path for each individual. &nbsp; Recommend, document and administer employee counseling and disciplinary actions in coordination with Human Resources.&nbsp;</span></li><li style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; color: black;\">Serves as&nbsp;</span><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\">back up to other Branch Managers in different branch locations when necessary.</span></li><li style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; color: black;\">Ensures adherence to company policies and procedures and Banking/Credit Union Regulations.
