Program Leadership & Administration • Serve as the on-site administrative point of contact for all Blended Learning Program operations.• Partner with the Principal to set program goals, monitor outcomes, and ensure fidelity to the blended learning model.• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of best practices in K–8 blended learning, including station rotation and tech-integrated instructional models.• Develop and maintain program documentation, scheduling, and compliance records.• Coordinate with school leadership on data review, program improvement planning, and reporting. 2. Family Recruitment & Enrollment • Lead active outreach and recruitment efforts to attract and enroll families into the Blended Learning Program.• Develop and distribute recruitment materials including flyers, presentations, and digital communications.• Conduct information sessions, school tours, and one-on-one family meetings to explain the program model and enrollment process.• Build and maintain relationships with community partners, feeder programs, and local networks to expand program awareness.• Manage the enrollment pipeline, track prospective family inquiries, and follow through to confirmed enrollment. 3. Student Support & Success • Monitor the academic progress, attendance, and social-emotional wellbeing of enrolled scholars.• Identify students needing additional support and coordinate with teachers and IAs to address those needs.• Ensure smooth daily operations of tech-integrated learning stations and classroom environments.• Support a positive, structured, and student-centered learning culture throughout the program.• Assist in the development and implementation of student intervention and enrichment plans. 4. Instructional Assistant (IA) Leadership • Directly supervise, coach, and develop a team of 6 or more Instructional Assistants working within blended learning classrooms.• Establish clear expectations for IA performance in small-group instruction, behavior support, and station management.• Conduct regular observations of IAs in small-group and station settings and provide timely, actionable feedback.• Plan and facilitate professional development and weekly check-ins to strengthen IA instructional skills.• Collaborate with lead teachers to align IA-led small-group instruction with classroom goals and student data.• Manage IA scheduling, coverage planning, and performance documentation. 5. Parent Outreach & Family Development • Co-coordinate parent outreach efforts with school leadership to build a strong community of engaged families.• Plan and facilitate regular family engagement events, workshops, and informational sessions.• Develop and share resources that help parents understand the blended learning model and support learning at home.• Serve as a consistent, accessible point of contact for families with questions, concerns, or needs related to the program.• Gather family feedback to improve the program’s communication, culture, and services. 6. Community & School Collaboration • Collaborate with teachers, specialists, counselors, and school leadership to ensure a cohesive experience for blended learning scholars.• Represent the Blended Learning Program in school-wide meetings, planning sessions, and family events.• Build relationships with external community partners to support student enrichment and family resources. Team members working at one of Friendship’s Online Academies will work in a hybrid capacity, with a potential of 3 days a week in person and 2 days a week virtually in collaboration with other team members, scholars, and learning coaches. Throughout the year, there will also be times when team members will report in-person to support testing, participate in check and connect sessions, field trips, in-person tutoring, professional development, etc. Friendship’s Online Academy Team Members are required to participate in all in-person activities.
