    "description": "<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">PR Account Manager / Senior Account Manager – Restaurants PR</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>An exciting Account Manager or Senior Account Manager within Sauce Communications’ Lifestyle Team, working across a dynamic portfolio of restaurant clients has emerged due to amazing growth.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>This position offers the opportunity to take real ownership of accounts, lead high-impact campaigns, and collaborate closely with our new partner The M Collective as we build the next chapter of The Sauce Collective.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>We’re looking for a passionate PR professional who thrives in a fast-paced agency environment, loves the craft of storytelling, and is excited by standout activations that drive commercial results.</p>\n<p>PR agency experience and exposure to restaurants and F&amp;B clients are essential.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>Reporting into a Director, you will play a pivotal role in bringing strategies to life, mentoring junior talent, and securing agenda-setting, feature-led coverage across top-tier UK and international media.</p>\n<p>Get in touch to hear more about our culture, clients, competitive salary and benefits.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Roles &amp; Responsibilities:</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">PR Strategy &amp; Agency Growth </span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Act as a senior media lead, nurturing influential journalist relationships and continually expanding a best-in-class contact network for the benefit of all Sauce clients.</li>\n<li> Partner with Directors and specialist teams to develop imaginative, integrated PR strategies that align tightly with client objectives and sales ambitions.</li>\n<li>Champion a client-first, agency-wide approach – blending travel, F&amp;B and lifestyle expertise to deliver campaigns that are distinctive, credible and measurable. </li>\n<li> Stay culturally and commercially connected, identifying emerging trends, talent and industry moments that can be translated into proactive news angles. <br></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Client Relations &amp; Commercial Ownership:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Provide informed, strategic counsel grounded in deep sector knowledge and genuine understanding of each client’s brand DNA.</li>\n<li>Design and implement engagement plans that protect revenue, unlock organic account growth, and support new projects and launches.</li>\n<li>Hold financial oversight of budgets and resource allocation, ensuring smart, profitable account management without overservicing.</li>\n<li>Support quarterly reviews and contract renewal planning, maintaining senior client contact and clear forward momentum.</li>\n<li>Represent Sauce Communications at industry events to support recruitment, partnerships and new business initiatives.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Team Leadership:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Mentor and line-manage junior colleagues, supporting career pathing, skills development and confidence in media relations.</li>\n<li>Help deliver robust induction, onboarding and offboarding processes that reflect Sauce’s nurturing and high-performance culture.</li>\n<li>Lead by example as a positive ambassador for Sauce at all times, contributing to a fun, inclusive and supportive working environment.</li>\n<li>Collaborate with the MD and Directors on team-building and Media Excellence initiatives.</li>\n<li>\n</li><li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Key Competencies:</span></li>\n<li>Proven PR agency experience within restaurants &amp; hospitality.</li>\n<li>Essential exposure to F&amp;B and restaurants media relations; restaurant and consumer brand experience a strong advantage.</li>\n<li>Creative campaign thinking with the ability to translate strategy into flawless execution.</li>\n<li>Exceptional relationship builder – with media, clients and colleagues alike. </li>\n<li>Commercially aware, respectful communicator who enjoys teamwork and mentorship.</li>\n<li>Adaptable, curious and energized by agency life.</li>\n</ul>",
