The ideal candidate pairs deep technical knowledge of server memory architectures with strong business acumen and a proven record of launching and scaling enterprise infrastructure products.</p><p><strong>What You'll Do&nbsp;</strong><br><strong>Product Strategy &amp; Portfolio Management&nbsp;</strong></p><p>Define and execute the product marketing strategy across DDR5 RDIMM, MRDIMM, HBM, CXL memory modules, enterprise DRAM, and next-gen memory for AI and HPC workloads</p><p>Develop market requirements and influence the product roadmap based on customer feedback, market trends, and competitive analysis</p><p>Partner with Product Management, Engineering, and Sales to align investments with market opportunities&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Go-to-Market Leadership&nbsp;</strong></p><p>Lead product launches from concept through commercialization&nbsp;<br>Own positioning, messaging, value propositions, pricing recommendations, sales enablement, and collateral&nbsp;<br>Drive adoption across OEM, ODM, CSP, and channel customers&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Market &amp; Competitive Intelligence&nbsp;</strong></p><p>Track trends across AI infrastructure, hyperscale datacenters, enterprise servers, and CPU platform transitions (Intel Xeon, AMD EPYC, ARM)</p><p>Analyze competitors and produce battlecards and executive-level market insights&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Customer &amp; Partner Engagement&nbsp;</strong></p><p>Serve as the business and marketing subject matter expert for server memory solutions&nbsp;<br>Present strategies to hyperscalers, CSPs, OEMs, enterprise customers, and industry analysts&nbsp;<br>Capture Voice-of-Customer feedback and translate it into roadmap recommendations&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Sales Enablement&nbsp;</strong></p><p>Build and deliver global sales training programs&nbsp;<br>Develop presentations, competitive positioning guides, ROI/TCO analyses, and solution briefs&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Business Performance&nbsp;</strong></p><p>Own KPIs including revenue growth, market share, design wins, pipeline, and adoption metrics&nbsp;<br>Support forecasting and annual business planning&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Industry Leadership&nbsp;</strong></p><p>Represent the company at OCP Summit, SC Conference, Computex, and AI infrastructure events&nbsp;<br>Collaborate with standards organizations and ecosystem partners&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Required Qualifications</strong><br>Senior Manager Level</p><p>Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, Marketing, or a related field&nbsp;<br>8+ years in product marketing, product management, technical marketing, or business development&nbsp;<br>5+ years in server memory, enterprise storage, data center infrastructure, or semiconductor products&nbsp;</p><p>Director Level</p><p>Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced technical degree preferred&nbsp;<br>12+ years in enterprise technology, semiconductors, memory, or data center infrastructure&nbsp;<br>5+ years leading product marketing teams or strategic product initiatives&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Technical Knowledge Requirements</strong></p><p><strong>Memory technologies:</strong> DDR4/DDR5 RDIMM, HBM, LRDIMM, MRDIMM, ECC/RAS features, JEDEC standards, memory ranking and channel architectures</p><p><strong>Server platforms:</strong> Intel Xeon, AMD EPYC, ARM server ecosystems, hyperscale and cloud infrastructure&nbsp;<br>Emerging technologies: CXL, memory pooling and tiering, AI training/inference infrastructure, HPC&nbsp;<br>Business and market: OEM/ODM ecosystem, CSPs, enterprise IT buying processes, server qualification cycles, datacenter TCO</p><p><strong>Preferred Qualifications&nbsp;</strong></p><p>Direct experience with memory module manufacturers, semiconductor companies, or server OEMs&nbsp;<br>Familiarity with memory qualification and validation processes&nbsp;<br>Existing relationships with hyperscale, OEM, or cloud customers&nbsp;<br>Experience launching enterprise hardware products globally&nbsp;<br>Knowledge of AI server architecture and GPU memory requirements&nbsp;</p><p style=\"background-color: white; margin-bottom: 7.5pt;\"><span style=\"color: rgb(71, 71, 71); font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: 11.5pt;\">For roles that are based at our headquarters in Milpitas, CA: The starting base pay for this position is as shown below.
