If you have a passion for machining and take pride in producing top-notch products, we encourage you to apply.</p><p><br></p><ul><li>Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and work orders to determine machining requirements.</li><li>Select appropriate cutting tools, fixtures, and materials for each machining operation.</li><li>Align and secure workpieces using clamps, vises, and other holding devices.</li><li>Perform machining operations, including turning, facing, boring, drilling, tapping, milling, surface grinding, and threading, with precision and adherence to quality standards.</li><li>Inspect machined components using precision measuring instruments, such as calipers, micrometers, gauges, and Optical Comparators, to verify part accuracy.</li><li>Make necessary adjustments and modifications to tooling to maintain quality and productivity.</li><li>Troubleshoot and resolve tooling issues and related to stamping and fabricating tooling.</li><li>Collaborate with engineering and production teams improve product quality through better tool design.&nbsp;</li><li>Set up and operate CNC Machining Center and Wire EDM (as required, training available).</li><li>Adhere to safety guidelines and maintain a clean and organized work area.</li><li>Complete work orders, production reports, and documentation accurately and in a timely manner.</li></ul>",
