          "text": "<p>The Workforce Planning/Resource Coordinator will be responsible for the following job duties:</p><ul><li>Provide day-to-day talent management support to the Manager and assigned project leadership.</li><li>Coordinate partner candidate CV submissions to approved roles, &#xa0;interview scheduling, onboarding documentation and orientation for new team members.</li><li>Maintain accurate and confidential HR records for project staff in accordance with corporate and legal requirements.</li><li>Assist with tracking training, certifications and mandatory orientations.</li><li>Support preparation of HR-related reports and metrics for the assigned project(s). &#xa0;Skill gap identification and resource plan tracking.</li></ul>",
