    "description": "<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Job Summary:  </span></p>\n<p>We are looking for a dynamic LTL/LCL and FTL/FCL field sales professional that can efficiently leverage sales call channels to develop new business, deepen existing customer relationships, and shorten the sales process as an Account Executive.  </p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>The <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Senior</span> <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Account Executive </span>will focus on achieving sales targets and market goals within the Hawaii &amp; Guam </p>\n<p>market segment. </p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Essential Responsibilities: </span>         </p>\n<p>Conduct Sales efforts (Face to Face and inside sales calls) to establish new accounts for SeaWide Express and to SeaWide Express’s primary markets Alaska and Hawaii and Guam.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>The expectation is that 60% of time is spent on face to face opportunities and remainder on administrative functions some examples such as: </p>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Setting appointments with existing and potential accounts for face to face sales calls</li>\n<li>Researching the market for potential opportunities</li>\n<li>Follow-up on previous calls</li>\n<li>New business development for LTL/LCL and FTL/FCL services.</li>\n<li>Provides face to face service to customers</li>\n<li>Works with Leadership to identify goals for customer relationships</li>\n<li>Account Implementation</li>\n<li>Maintaining and deepening customer relationships</li>\n<li>Meeting or exceeding revenue goals</li>\n<li>Grow and maintain customer base</li>\n<li>Manage customer interactions and information to ensure continuous and effective business relationships</li>\n<li>Overnight travel may be required</li>\n<li>Any additional assigned duties</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Essential Skills:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Sales and negotiation skills</li>\n<li>Strong communicator</li>\n<li>Problem solver</li>\n<li>Effective planning &amp; organizational skills</li>\n<li>Relationship builder</li>\n<li>Customer focused</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Education &amp; Experience:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required</li>\n<li>Must have at least 1 to 3 years of LTL/LCL sales experience to be considered.</li>\n<li>Candidate should also have 1 to 3 years of transportation, logistics services, and business to business sales experience.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Language Requirements:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Candidate is required to read, write, and speak English fluently. </li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Location Requirements:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Candidates must reside in Hawaii</li>\n</ul>",
