About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Manager – Compensation & Benefits to lead Total Rewards programs across the APAC region, partnering closely with regional leadership and US‑based global stakeholders. This role plays a critical part in ensuring our reward programs are competitive, compliant, and aligned with global philosophy while meeting local market needs.
Key Responsibilities
Lead APAC compensation programs, including base pay, incentives, and annual compensation cycles Oversee APAC benefits strategy, renewals, and vendor partnerships Serve as the primary Total Rewards advisor for APAC leaders and HR partners Collaborate with US‑based Global Total Rewards, Finance, Legal, and HR teams Conduct market benchmarking, pay analysis, and cost modeling Ensure compliance with local regulations and global governance standards Support global initiatives such as pay equity, transparency, and M&A integration
What We’re Looking For
10+ years of experience in Compensation and/or Benefits with APAC regional exposure Proven experience working with US or global stakeholders in a matrixed environment Strong knowledge of compensation design, market pricing, and incentive plans Solid understanding of APAC benefits and statutory requirements Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder‑management skills
