Description About the Role We are seeking a Senior Manager – Compensation & Benefits to lead Total Rewards programs across the APAC region, partnering closely with regional leadership and US‑based global stakeholders. This role plays a critical part in ensuring our reward programs are competitive, compliant, and aligned with global philosophy while meeting local market needs.
