The shift would be Monday-Friday 9:30-1:00.&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Supervision: Actively supervise children during recess, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times.</li><li>Activity Facilitation: Assist in organizing and leading recreational and educational activities, including arts and crafts, games, and sports.</li><li>Behavior Management: Promote positive behavior among children, addressing conflicts or behavioral issues as they arise in a constructive manner.</li><li>Communication: Maintain open communication with parents or guardians regarding their child’s behavior, progress, and any incidents that occur during recess.</li><li>Safety &amp; Cleanliness: Ensure that the program environment is safe, clean, and organized. Assist with clean-up activities at the end of the program.</li><li>Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other staff members to create a positive and supportive environment for the children.</li><li>Attendance: Monitor and record attendance, ensuring that all children are accounted for during recess.</li></ul><p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p><ul><li>Education: High school diploma or equivalent; coursework in child development or education is a plus.</li><li>Experience: Previous experience working with children in a school, camp, or childcare setting preferred.</li><li>Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to engage with children in a positive and supportive manner, basic first aid knowledge is a plus.</li></ul><p><strong>Note:</strong> All employees are required to consent to a background check, commit to our Code of Conduct policy, and complete online and in-person trainings prior to hire.</p>",
