We have offices in Taiwan, Japan, Hong Kong and America. We also have colleagues work remotely in other countries.</span><br><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">You can have the opportunity to work with worldwide colleagues. In order to let each department grow together, the Technology Service SecOps department plays a very important role.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Responsibilities</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Manage and support global IT infrastructure and enterprise systems, including network services, VPN, ERP systems, Google Workspace, Slack, and endpoint environments.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Oversee IT operations activities such as system implementation, integration, configuration, and ongoing maintenance to ensure stability, security, and high availability.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Manage IT asset lifecycle, including procurement, inventory tracking, assignment, maintenance, and decommissioning of hardware and software assets.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Develop, implement, and enforce IT security policies, including access control, personnel security, and operational security standards.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Support ISO 27001 / ISMS compliance, audits, and continuous improvement initiatives.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Monitor, investigate, and respond to security incidents, vulnerabilities, and operational risks in coordination with relevant stakeholders.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, network, and system-related issues in a timely and efficient manner.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Collaborate with cross-functional teams and vendors to support IT projects, operations, and infrastructure improvements.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Requirements</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Minimum 2+ years of experience in IT Operations, System Administration, or related IT support roles.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Hands-on experience managing enterprise tools such as Google Workspace, Slack, SAP, and endpoint security solutions (e.g., SentinelOne).</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Experience in IT asset management, including inventory control and lifecycle management.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Familiarity with identity and device management platforms such as JAMF and/or Snipe IT is a plus.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Experience in MacOS and Windows environment administration.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Experience or exposure to ISO 27001 / ISMS frameworks is highly desirable.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Experience with AI-driven automation or workflow automation tools is a strong plus.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Fluent in English (written and verbal communication preferred).</span></li>\n</ul>",
