You’ll help connect the dots between operations, capital investments, and long-term growth — ensuring every dollar, especially capital activity, is captured, analyzed, and put to work driving smarter decisions. If you thrive on turning complex financial data into clear, compelling insights that influence big moves, this is your stage.</p>\n<p><strong>What You Will Do:</strong></p>\n<p>You’ll bring clarity to complexity by building dynamic financial models, forecasting growth opportunities, and ensuring capital activity is accurately tracked and reflected across projects and initiatives. From evaluating investment returns and supporting capital planning to automating data flows and designing dashboards that make insights easy to act on, you’ll be a trusted partner to leaders across the business. You’ll collaborate cross-functionally, translate financial performance into strategic recommendations, and help guide decisions that shape the future of Centrus — all while staying connected to on-the-ground operations through regular engagement with our Piketon site.</p>\n<p><br><strong>We’d Love to Hear from People With:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>A Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field (MBA preferred)</li>\n <li>2+ years of experience in financial analysis, modeling, or business development</li>\n <li>Proficiency in Python (Pandas, NumPy, SciPy) for data automation and forecasting</li>\n <li>Expertise in Power BI (dashboards, DAX, Power Query, visualization best practices)</li>\n <li>Strong Excel skills, including advanced formulas and pivot tables</li>\n <li>Knowledge of SQL for data extraction and integration</li>\n <li>Proven track record building ROI, NPV, IRR, and DCF models</li>\n <li>Experience tracking, analyzing, and reconciling capital activity across projects and financial systems</li>\n <li>Exceptional communication skills to translate complex models into actionable insights</li>\n <li>Ability to obtain (or already possess) a “Q” clearance<br>\n  &nbsp;</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>A Successful Candidate Brings:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Analytical horsepower to turn big data into sharp financial insights</li>\n <li>Strategic vision to model growth trajectories and evaluate investment opportunities</li>\n <li>Collaboration skills to partner across Sales, Operations, Marketing, and Strategy</li>\n <li>Communication finesse to present financial insights to executives, stakeholders, and board members</li>\n <li>Technical creativity to build automated, cloud-based, data-driven financial systems</li>\n <li>Bonus points if you’ve worked on M&amp;A analysis, capital budgeting, or high-growth projects</li>\n <li>Currently possesses a “Q” or “L” clearance<br><strong>&nbsp;</strong></li>\n</ul>\n<p><i>In compliance with federal law, all persons hired will be required to verify identity and eligibility to work in the United States and to complete the required employment eligibility verification form upon hire.</i></p>\n<p><i>This position will require a pre­-employment background check and a pre-employment drug test.</i></p>\n<p><i>Centrus Energy and all subsidiaries shall abide by the applicable legal requirements.
