    "description_html": "The <strong>Light-Duty Tow Driver</strong> will be driving a Commercial Towing and Recovery Vehicle with a GVWR rating of less than 26,000 lbs. Light-Duty Tow Drivers are required to work diligently with all Dispatch team members. On-Call availability is required. Additional duties will be required as necessary. Managers oversee Light-Duty Tow Drivers, which includes but is not limited to Scheduling, Interpersonal issues, and training.<br><br>Our compensation is based on experience and ranges from $22/HR to $25/HR and a commission plan, with earnings potential up to $85K-$90K per year.<br><br><strong>Duties and Responsibilities:</strong><br><br>• Provide light duty towing and roadside assistance in a safe, professional, and timely manner.<br>• Complete all light-duty towing/transport deliveries/pickups as scheduled.<br>• Swiftly, calmly, and professionally rectify customer issues that may arise.<br>• Perform pre-trip and post-trip DOT inspections.<br>• Maintain accurate and up to date driver logs, trip sheets, and submit weekly.<br>• Able to read and navigate by map and/or GPS, plot routes, and follow oral and written delivery instructions.<br>• Communicate and work diligently with all Dispatch personnel.<br>• Observe rules and regulations, safety procedures, and traffic laws.<br>• Follow accident procedures as needed.<br>• Inspect, protect, and maintain company assets, merchandise, and vehicles.<br>• Ensure appropriate delivery documentation is generated, filled out, and submitted via Tow Book.<br>• Process and dispose of hazardous and non-hazardous materials as needed.<br>• Ensure assigned company truck is kept clean and presentable.<br>• Regularly wash truck during downtime.<br>• Complete proper paperwork related to dispatch and admin in a timely manner.<br>• Perform additional tasks as needed/assigned.<br><br><strong>Skills and Qualifications:</strong><br><br>• Valid driver's license.<br>• Must have Medical Card and clean driving record.<br>• Ability to operate light-duty vehicles safely and efficiently.<br>• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.<br>• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.<br>• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.<br>• Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed.<br><br><strong>Education & Experience:</strong><br><br>• High school diploma or equivalent.<br>• At least two (2) years of towing and recovery experience<br>• Basic mechanical skills and ability to use tools.<br><br><strong>Benefits Include:</strong><ul><li>Medical, Dental, and Vision plans.</li><li>Life and Disability Plans</li><li>Aflac plans.</li><li>Paid holidays and vacation time.</li><li>401K with company match.</li></ul>We are an Equal Opportunity Employer, all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, or veteran status.",
