font-size: 12pt\">Coordinate day-to-day site activities to ensure work meets contract documents, schedules, and quality standards</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Support health, safety, and environmental (HSE) compliance, including orientations, inspections, and safety talks</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Manage and document site activities, including daily logs, worker hours, materials, equipment, and deliveries</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Assist with project scheduling (MS Project), risk management, and issue resolution</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Collaborate with project teams, consultants, and authorities to address site challenges and maintain progress</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Supervise, mentor, and coach field staff while promoting a safe and productive work environment.</span><br></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">What you bring:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">High school diploma required; diploma/degree in Civil Engineering Technology or related field preferred</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">6+ years of progressive on-site construction supervision experience</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Knowledge of construction documents, regulations, and safety practices</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Proficiency in MS Office and construction management software</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif;
