We are currently seeking an&nbsp;Program Manager&nbsp;to work for our company.</p><p><strong>Summary:</strong></p><ul><li>Client Agency is Customs &amp; Border Protection</li><li>Will plan, direct, or coordinate the operations of the contractor organization assigned to the Government.&nbsp;</li><li>Duties and responsibilities include managing daily operations and planning the use of labor; and materials if required.&nbsp;</li><li>Will oversee projects and has supervisory experience. Interacts with government management personnel.&nbsp;</li><li>Conduct organizational studies and evaluations, procedures, conduct simplification and measurement studies, and prepares operations and procedures manuals to assist management in operating more efficiently and effectively.&nbsp;</li><li>Reports in writing and orally to contractor management and government representatives, including the government contracting officer.&nbsp;</li><li>Expert in project development, management, control of funds and resources, and management of multiple tasks.&nbsp;</li><li>Participates as high-level technical expert in design, development and significant enhancements to existing software.&nbsp;</li><li>Manages Program Control duties including contract, finance and program measurement.&nbsp;</li><li>Works with technical staff to produce quality deliverables.&nbsp;</li><li>The candidate must have strong communication skills.</li></ul><p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p><ul><li style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Eligibility to obtain a U.S. Customs and Border Protection suitability. (Basic Federal Clearance requirements are U.S. Citizenship, clear criminal history check, no recent or pending bankruptcies)</li><li>Minimum of ten (10) years of experience in an IT-related field&nbsp;</li><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree required</li></ul><p>Work With Us</p><p>IT-Strat is a technology consulting company that holds various contract vehicles including best in class vehicles.
