  "key_responsibilities": "<div><!--block-->The role includes but is not limited to:</div><ul><li><!--block-->Lead field project teams and perform on-site stack testing and source emissions monitoring in accordance with federal and regional regulatory methods (e.g., EPA Reference Methods, ECCC).</li><li><!--block-->Plan assigned field deployments, including crew logistics, equipment preparation, and implementation of safety procedures.</li><li><!--block-->Analyze collected emissions data and ensure strict adherence to QA/QC protocols throughout testing and reporting.</li><li><!--block-->Serve as a technical liaison with clients, regulators, and internal teams to communicate project scope, progress, and findings.</li><li><!--block-->Troubleshoot, maintain, and calibrate analytical and sampling equipment to ensure accuracy and reliability.</li><li><!--block-->Support project scoping, scheduling, and budgeting in collaboration with project managers and senior leadership.</li><li><!--block-->Stay current with evolving environmental regulations and industry best practices.</li><li><!--block-->Prepare high-quality technical reports, including regulatory documentation, emissions data summaries, and detailed field observations.</li><li><!--block-->Train, mentor, and oversee junior field technicians and new team members on project assignments.</li><li><!--block-->Provide guidance, support, and feedback to team members to enhance performance and professional development.</li><li><!--block-->Ensure team members complete assigned project-related responsibilities.</li><li><!--block-->Assess and address health and safety risks to maintain a safe working environment.</li></ul>",
