    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<p><strong>Primary Responsibilities</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Support the fabrication and assembly of fiberglass tanks, sumps, and related products.</li>\n <li>Operate cutting, grinding, and layup tools to prepare and assemble composite materials.</li>\n <li>Assist in performing secondary bonding procedures and part installations.</li>\n <li>Follow instructions from operators and supervisors to complete assigned tasks efficiently and safely.</li>\n <li>Maintain accurate labeling, layout, and marking of parts and completed products.</li>\n <li>Ensure safety, cleanliness, and equipment maintenance within the plant.</li>\n <li>Promote a culture of quality, safety, and teamwork on the production floor.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Job Duties</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Cut fiberglass materials to size using hand tools, templates, and slitting or saw equipment.</li>\n <li>Operate a variety of tools and material handling equipment including grinders (4\", 7\", wet), saws, hoists, air movers, and jacks.</li>\n <li>Perform grinding, smoothing, patching, and installation tasks for seams, nozzles, manways, and other components.</li>\n <li>Mix resin and catalysts accurately for proper curing; wet out and roll materials during layup.</li>\n <li>Support layout and fitting of shells and parts per drawings and specifications.</li>\n <li>Conduct measurements, visual inspections, and quality checks; report issues to appropriate personnel.</li>\n <li>Control inventory and storage of fiberglass materials, rolls, and sheets.</li>\n <li>Assist with part and product preparation for shipment.</li>\n <li>Perform minor tool and equipment maintenance, cleaning tools and rollers regularly.</li>\n <li>Apply product markings, stencils, and labels according to specifications.</li>\n <li>Work in varying environmental conditions, including high noise, temperature extremes, and confined space.</li>\n <li>Lift/move materials and components as required (up to 45 lbs).</li>\n <li>Wear a respirator for extended periods (8+ hours) as required by tasks.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Education and Qualifications</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>High school diploma or equivalent required.</li>\n <li>Minimum 2 years of experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.</li>\n <li>Physically able to meet job demands, including lifting, standing, and working in non-climate-controlled areas.</li>\n <li>Experience with fiberglass, composites, or layup techniques preferred.</li>\n <li>Must be dependable, safety-conscious, and able to work well in a team environment.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Veterans Welcome</strong><br><br>\n At NOV Fiber Glass Systems, we value the dedication, discipline, and skills that military veterans bring to the workforce.
