    "description": "<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">We are now interviewing PRN Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs)</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span>Our LPNs:</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span>maintain standards of professional nursing practice in accordance with facility policy and procedures, other external governing and credentialing bodies, performance improvement standards. </span></span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span>assess the client utilizing the nursing process to formulate an individualized plan of care for each client, implements interventions, and evaluates outcomes consistent with policy and appropriate to the current client’s condition, which promote, maintain, and restore physical and mental health, and prevent illness.  </span></span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span>interpret age/disability specific information in response to client population served. </span></span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span>provide for the safe delivery of medication in accordance with the policies and procedures, physicians orders and/or current practice. </span></span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span>is responsible for thorough, accurate reporting, and documentation of the client's symptoms, responses, and progress. </span></span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span>assume responsibility for professional development, continuing education and maintaining licensure.</span></span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span>function as an advocate for client needs/safety.</span></span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span>All duties to be performed in accordance with Joint Commission, Federal and State regulations, Uprising Addiction Center, policies and procedures and Performance Improvement Standards.</span></span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">Qualifications</span>:</span><br><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">High school diploma</span><br><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Current and unencumbered LPN license in Louisiana</span><br><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Mental Health experience preferred</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">Benefits</span>:</span><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Competitive pay, Shift Differential</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Join our growing team of successful, happy caregivers and see why working at Uprising Addiction Center will be your dream job.</span></p>",
