Position Summary This position is responsible to provide mentoring and training new staff. The position also provides support and consultation to other Foster Care Specialists in the Grand Rapids site, including attending court, Family Team Meetings, case conferences, educational meetings, and other meetings as deemed appropriate. The Team Leader will carry a caseload of seven cases. Experience: A minimum of two-years experience working in a child placing agency as a foster care case worker is required. Certificates, Licenses, Registrations: This position requires CWTI foster care, and MI-Team Training. Supervisory Responsibilities: This position does not have management or supervisory responsibilities of direct reports, however they willprovide Peer supervision/training/consultation when supervisor is unavailable.
