Monitor and enforce sanitation and food safety standards. Inventory Management: Oversee inventory levels, order supplies, and manage stock rotation efficiently. Problem Solving: Address any issues that arise during service promptly and professionally. Collaboration: Work closely with front-of-house staff to coordinate service timing and menu offerings, ensuring a seamless dining experience for guests. Qualifications Requirements: Culinary expertise - proven experience as a chef or in a similar role, with a strong understanding of various cooking techniques and cuisines. Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Creativity - ability to create innovative dishes and menus that attract and retain customers. Exceptional customer service skills. Solid understanding of kitchen operations, including food and beverage knowledge. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings. Knowledge of local health and safety regulations.
