This is a direct hire opportunity for a driven professional who can lead projects from initial turnover through final closeout while maintaining strong financial performance, schedule adherence, and client satisfaction.</p><p>This role is specifically tailored to professionals with hands-on experience in exterior restoration environments. Candidates whose experience is primarily in new construction or CM-at-risk settings without restoration exposure will not be considered the ideal fit.</p><h2>Key Responsibilities</h2><ul><li><p>Lead exterior restoration projects from pre-construction transition through project completion and closeout.</p></li><li><p>Manage project budgets, forecasting, cost controls, and overall financial performance.</p></li><li><p>Develop, maintain, and update detailed project schedules and execution plans.</p></li><li><p>Oversee subcontractor scope alignment, contract administration, procurement, and change order management.</p></li><li><p>Partner closely with Superintendents and field leadership to ensure seamless coordination between office planning and field execution.</p></li><li><p>Act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the lifecycle of assigned projects.</p></li><li><p>Coordinate inspections, material testing, compliance documentation, and reporting requirements.</p></li><li><p>Support manpower planning, sequencing, and staging strategies to maintain efficiency and productivity.</p></li><li><p>Ensure full compliance with contract requirements, safety regulations, and company standards.</p></li></ul><h2>Qualifications</h2><ul><li><p>Proven experience managing exterior restoration, waterproofing, and/or concrete repair projects.</p></li><li><p>Strong understanding of high-rise logistics, access constraints, staging requirements, and phased sequencing.</p></li><li><p>Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.</p></li><li><p>Solid knowledge of budgeting, cost tracking, scheduling software, and contract administration.</p></li><li><p>Strong communication skills with the ability to coordinate effectively between clients, subcontractors, and internal teams.</p></li></ul><h2>Work Environment</h2><ul><li><p>Hybrid role combining office responsibilities with active jobsite presence.</p></li><li><p>Regional travel required throughout Florida based on project assignments.'<br><br>INDH</p></li></ul>",
