    "description_html": "<p>Home Run Inn Pizza is looking for a reliable and experienced Line Lead to work in our Press Room within our Food Production Facility located in Woodridge, IL</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Shift Details:</strong> 1st shift, Monday-Friday, 5:30am – 2:00pm with occasional Saturday shifts or other mandatory overtime as required. Voluntary overtime opportunities may be available as well. Hours are subject to change based on department needs</p><p><br></p><p><br></p><p><strong>Position Summary: </strong>Perform duties to prepare frozen pizzas. Activities may vary according to the assigned and designated location.</p><ul><li>Responsible for ensuring the area assigned is free from any safety hazards that could harm employees and/or product. Must communicate and escalate any safety related items to supervisor.</li><li>Ensure that finished products are consistently manufactured meeting prescribed standards (compliant) with quality, safety, and good manufacturing practices, on time and meeting consumer expectations.</li><li>Responsible for setup of machinery and break down at the end of the shift.</li><li>Required to learn and perform all production related tasks in the assigned area. This could include mixing, operating press machines, set up/adjustments of depositing machines, operating/adjusting packaging equipment, etc.</li><li>Generate inventory tickets throughout the day to determine materials used and establish production levels for the day.</li><li>Monitor, update or record batch, material or other related production paperwork.</li><li>Establish appropriate expiration dates for finished product coding.</li><li>Monitor ingredient levels and escalate shortages or other issues that could arise.</li><li>Operate hand jack or other related equipment to move pallets from one location to another.</li><li>Assist with die changes or material changes on the production line as needed.</li><li>Responsible for keeping the work area in a clean and in organized condition.</li><li>Must be able to organize team in different positions and when breakdowns occur, act with urgency.</li><li>Coordinate the activities of production team members across designated area.</li><li>Provide shift communication via huddles, startup meeting, and shut down meetings.</li><li>Effectively assist the Production Supervisor on the daily operations, ensure exchange of information for alignment with the objectives in the short term and medium and long term to achieve production plan and to identify and achieve performance improvements.</li><li>Motivate, guide, support and coach Production Associates to achieve daily goals.</li><li>Perform other duties as assigned.</li></ul>",
