In this role, you will shape product strategy, champion revenue growth, and ensure an exceptional customer experience across every channel. The ideal candidate combines an impeccable eye for design with a deep appreciation for luxury, bringing an unwavering commitment to quality and a passion for crafting products that inspire and endure.<br/>&nbsp;</p>\n<p>YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES&nbsp;</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Set ambitious goals for cross-functional teams, manage calendars to meet critical milestones, and ensure accountability for results</li>\n <li>&nbsp;Develop and execute short- and long-term strategies to drive sales, margin growth, and overall financial performance across multiple departments</li>\n <li>Lead brand strategy across all channels, partnering with Visual Merchandising, Creative Brand Marketing, and Web Merchandising to deliver impactful launches and experiences</li>\n <li>Leverage consumer insights and market trends to inform product strategy and guide new product development</li>\n <li>Define and manage product assortment strategies to achieve sales and margin objectives, presenting key initiatives to senior leadership for alignment</li>\n <li>Oversee financial forecasting and lead regular performance reviews, identifying risks and implementing corrective actions to optimize results</li>\n <li>Ensure flawless product and pricing execution, partnering with vendors to secure timely receipts and maintain quality standards</li>\n</ul>\n<p>OUR REQUIREMENTS&nbsp;</p>\n<ul>\n <li>10+ years of merchandising experience, with a proven track record in product strategy, assortment planning, and financial management at a senior level</li>\n <li>Expertise in luxury, home furnishings, textiles, or related lifestyle categories; experience in rugs or soft goods strongly preferred</li>\n <li>Proven ability to identify trends and translate them into commercially successful, brand-aligned product offerings&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Strong business acumen with the ability to interpret financial, sales, and consumer insight data to inform strategy and decision-making</li>\n <li>Excellent communication and presentation skills, with experience influencing and aligning executive stakeholders.</li>\n <li>Highly organized, detail-oriented, and adept at managing multiple priorities while meeting critical deadlines</li>\n <li>Strong vendor management and negotiation skills, with experience overseeing product development from concept to delivery</li>\n <li>Proficiency in merchandising systems, data analysis tools (e.g., Power BI), Microsoft Office and Google Suite, with additional expertise in Adobe InDesign for layout and design projects</li>\n</ul>",
