You will thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment that exceeds the expectations of our guests and team. </p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Organize the food as per orders to ensure quality and accuracy.</li>\n <li>Ensure food is prepared and served in a timely manner.</li>\n <li>Verifies food orders.</li>\n <li>Communicates with Management and servers in regards to menu changes throughout service.</li>\n <li>Notifies servers of food pick up.</li>\n <li>Delivers food as required.</li>\n <li>Decrease expense through proper handling of product.</li>\n <li>Increase revenue through suggestive up-sell.</li>\n <li>Ensure set up to the expedition area at the beginning of every shift.</li>\n <li>Monitor and maintain cleanliness, sanitation and organization of assigned service area.</li>\n <li>Prepare trays for food servers with the correct plates to ensure delivery efficiency.</li>\n <li>Complete side duties as required including polishing silverware, line set-up and filling condiments.</li>\n <li>Performs other duties as assigned.</li>\n <li>Ability to access the needs of others and actions required for high performance order processing.</li>\n <li>Time management skills.</li>\n <li>Serve Safe Certification an asset.</li>\n <li>WHMDS training an asset.</li>\n <li>Knowledge of techniques for preparing and producing food for consumption including storage and handling techniques.</li>\n <li>Previous experience in a food environment in either front or back of the house.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Excellent guest service and communication skills, with the ability to speak and write English clearly.</li>\n <li>Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions in a fast-paced environment.</li>\n <li>Preferred knowledge of food service regulations; capable of standing, bending, stooping, and using hands throughout the shift.</li>\n <li>Physical ability to push and pull up to 25 lbs (occasionally up to 45 lbs) and work all shifts, including weekends and holidays.</li>\n <li>Must be at least 18 years old, pass a pre-employment criminal background check and drug screen.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Benefits:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Enhanced health, dental, and vision insurance, along with a flexible spending account.</li>\n <li>Education, tuition, and certification reimbursement (up to $6,000 per calendar year).</li>\n <li>Growth opportunities available across four different restaurants.</li>\n <li>Access the team dining hall with one free hot meal per shift.</li>\n <li>Company-matched 401k.</li>\n <li>Paid time off and six observed holidays. </li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Save your gas and mileage on your car!
