Crisis Prevention Institute within 6 months of hire. CPI in-person training for non-violent crisis intervention, receive CPI blue card within 6 months of hire.</li>\n <li><strong>Licensure:</strong> Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, LMFT), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Clinical Psychologist (LCP), or Licensed Substance Abuse Professional (LSATP).</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Preferred Qualification:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Bilingual in Spanish&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Experience engaging in peer supervision, clinical consultation, or interdisciplinary case discussions&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Comfortable working in integrated behavioral health and collaborative care settings. Skilled in utilizing screening tools (e.g., PHQ-9, GAD-7), engaging in warm handoffs, and interdisciplinary collaboration to support coordinated, whole-person care.&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Possess clinical insight into family systems and relational dynamics, with the ability to navigate complex support structures to promote resilience and emotional wellness.&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Can confidently facilitate psychoeducational programming tailored to diverse groups and life experiences.&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Comfortable using telehealth platforms and remote care tools&nbsp;</li>\n</ul>",
