    "description": "<p><span style=\"font-size: 18pt; font-weight: bold\">Job Description</span></p>\n<p><a href=\"https://premierservice.bamboohr.com/hiring/jobs/edit/429\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"></a><br></p>\n<p>Premier Service is seeking a Bilingual Recruiting, Onboarding, Employee Engagement Manager<br>to join our HR Team!<br><br>Premier Service provides elite landscape architecture design and maintenance services to commercial and residential clients in the Chicagoland and Indiana area.<br><br>Premier Service offers the most competitive compensation packages in the industry including:</p>\n<p>• Comp Range 70K to 90K based on experience.</p>\n<p> •401k Match<br>• Weekly Pay<br>• Incentive Bonus Plan<br>• Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance Benefits<br>• HSA with Company Contribution<br>• Paid Vacation Time<br>• Paid Sick Time<br>• Paid Holidays Off<br>• Professional Development/Education Reimbursement<br>• Long-Term Career Growth Opportunities<br><br><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">JOB SUMMARY:</span><br>This role focuses on overseeing the entire process of bringing new employees into Premier, from initial recruitment to their full integration and engagement within the organization, ensuring a smooth transition and positive experience for new hires through effective onboarding strategies.<br><br><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:</span></p>\n<p>Provide HR support at the branch level on company policy implementation, employee Recruitment support:<br>• Collaborate with hiring managers to identify top talent, streamline the recruitment process, and develop strategies to attract diverse candidates<br>• Onboarding design and implementation<br>• Create a structured onboarding program that includes introductions to company culture, role expectations, necessary training, and mentorship opportunities</p>\n<p>New hire orientation:<br>• Conduct welcome sessions for new employees, providing them with essential information about the company, policies, and benefits</p>\n<p>Manager training:<br>• Educate hiring managers on their role in onboarding new employees, ensuring they actively engage with new hires and provide regular feedback</p>\n<p>Feedback collection:<br>• Gather feedback from new employees throughout the onboarding process to identify areas for improvement and enhance future onboarding experiences</p>\n<p>Engagement initiatives:<br>• Develop strategies to foster a sense of belonging and connection among new employees, including team-building activities, social events, and recognition programs</p>\n<p>Metrics tracking:<br>• Monitor key performance indicators related to onboarding effectiveness, such as employee retention rates during the initial period and engagement levels</p>\n<p>Technology utilization:<br>• Leverage HR technology platforms to streamline onboarding processes, manage new hire paperwork, and track progress</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">REQUIREMENTS:</span><br>• Bachelor’s degree in human resources management or other HR/Business-Related Field<br>• Fluent in both English and Spanish<br>• 5+ years’ experience in a Human Resources role<br>• Ability to visit local branches weekly<br>• Strong attention to the detail, quality, and accuracy of work products<br>• Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills<br>• Strong understanding of recruitment practices and talent acquisition strategies<br>• Expertise in designing and implementing effective onboarding programs<br>• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with new hires and managers<br>• Proven ability to manage projects and meet deadlines<br>• Knowledge of employee engagement best practices and techniques<br>• Experience data analysis<br>• Experience with various HRIS systems preferred.
