If you're passionate about making a difference in this critical field, we invite you to explore a career with Carollo.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Performing engineering work in water and wastewater treatment and conveyance infrastructure</li>\n <li>Work on engineering planning and design projects</li>\n <li>Prepare reports</li>\n <li>Develop plans and specifications</li>\n <li>Prepare cost estimates for various water and wastewater projects</li>\n <li>System modeling</li>\n <li>Permitting and alternative analysis</li>\n <li>Preparation of technical memoranda, reports and electronic deliverables</li>\n <li>Data entry and analysis</li>\n <li>Provide engineering services during construction</li>\n <li>Participate in field activities such as pilot testing</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Bachelor’s Degree in Civil, Environmental or related Engineering</li>\n <li>6 to 12 years of directly-relevant experience in water and wastewater engineering</li>\n <li>Registration as a Professional Engineer in the state of Georgia or the ability to obtain within six months</li>\n <li>Application of engineering principles including critical thinking, analysis, and innovative techniques</li>\n <li>Strong verbal and written communication skills</li>\n <li>Work well in a team environment</li>\n <li>Have the ability to communicate effectively with clients and project team</li>\n <li>Highly motivated, articulate, and self-starting</li>\n <li>Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Preferred Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Master’s degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Compensation Range</h2>\n<p>An employee’s pay within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, and business or organizational needs.</p>\n<h2>Other Compensation and Benefits</h2>\n<p>Carollo is committed to providing employees with a competitive, comprehensive benefits program that provides the care employees and their families need to lead healthy, productive lives.
