At Baldwin, you&rsquo;ll do meaningful work, build lasting relationships, and be part of a company built to last.</p><p><strong>Job Summary:</strong> The warehouse associates help with tasks around the warehouse.&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Job Responsibilities:&nbsp;</strong></p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;margin-left: 0in;\" data-pasted=\"true\"><li>Update shipping board as needed</li><li>Arrange for couriers and freight pick up according to customer preference including completion of all paperwork and checking back for BOLs by 3<sup>rd</sup> party logistics before driver arrivals</li><li>Pick and package orders as requested according to instructions</li><li>Assist with check-in of received items as requested</li><li>Daily double-checking of picked orders at the shipping counter</li><li>Daily packaging and processing of UPS/Speedy/FedEx parcels, including marketing/promotional materials and vendor returns</li><li>Re-stocking and re-ordering of supplies for shipping area</li><li>Daily emptying of garbage and cardboard. General clean up and sweeping daily</li><li>Operate forklifts and pallet jacks as necessary assemble orders and load or unload freight</li><li>Follow all safety regulations including wearing proper safety equipment</li><li>Custom fabrication for various customer needs</li><li>Deliver products to customer sites&nbsp;</li><li>Assist belt crew with logistic measures&nbsp;</li><li>Repair/Rebuild shops equipment&nbsp;</li><li>Regular and consistent attendance</li></ul><p><strong>Education and Experience:&nbsp;</strong></p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;margin-left: 29px;\" data-pasted=\"true\"><li>High School Diploma or equivalent</li><li>2-5 years previous warehouse experience preferred</li></ul><p><strong>Required Skills/Abilities:</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\" data-pasted=\"true\"><li>Valid driver&#39;s license&nbsp;(Commercial Drivers License Preferred)</li><li>Ability to operate and maintain equipment (i.e. forklift)</li><li>Basic Welding and Mechanical ability</li><li>Good communication, listening, organizational, time management, and mathematical skills</li><li>Dependable and Reliable</li><li>Inventory, data entry and computer skills required</li><li>Ability to bend and lift heavy objects (10-25lbs frequently up to 50 lbs. occasionally)</li><li>Demonstrated commitment to Safe Work practices</li></ul><p><strong>Physical Requirements / Work Conditions:</strong></p><p data-pasted=\"true\"><strong>Physical Demands</strong>:&nbsp;The physical requirements described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
