Description

The warehouse of the future contains high-density, high-precision racking with automated pallet shuttles (like our  atlas 1D ) instead of wide aisles that forklifts need to pass through. Our customers benefit from much better utilization of their warehouses (up to 70% more pallet storage than traditional rack!), maximized vertical space, improved accuracy in pallet selection, and minimized labor costs and product damage. Over the span of more than 40 years, we’ve grown into a company with 10 manufacturing facilities, 19 commercial offices, and the know-how of around 2000 employees serving customers in 40 countries. Early 2021, we opened our US Office and have already grown to around 50 people. It’s exciting times to be at stow! Location: Adairsville, GA, United States Are you mechanically inclined and ready to work with high-tech machinery? We’re looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Roll Forming Machine Operator to join our automated metal production team in Adairsville, GA. In this role, you'll operate advanced roll forming lines to manufacture metal profiles — including uprights — based on exact design specifications. If you thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and take pride in precision, we want to hear from you! Key Responsibilities: Operate a fully automated roll forming line (uncoiler, straightener, punching press, roll former, cutting press). Set up and adjust machine settings based on production orders (via ERP/SAP). Load and change coils in coordination with crane/bridge operators. Perform hourly and per-coil quality checks (length, thickness, perforations, etc.). Handle basic machine maintenance and package strapping (AGV handling included). Flag and quarantine defective products and report issues to the production supervisor. Act as the final quality checkpoint for galvanized (Galva) parts before shipment. Participate in scheduled 5S audits and maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area. Equipment & Tools You’ll Work With: Roll forming line: uncoiler, straightener, punching & cutting presses AGV (Automated Guided Vehicle) systems for product transport ERP systems (SAP) for tracking orders and entering production data Measuring tools: calipers, gauges, rulers PPE: safety shoes, gloves, safety glasses, earplugs, hard hats What You Bring to the Team: Previous experience in a manufacturing or metal forming environment Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and profiles Basic computer skills and familiarity with ERP systems (SAP preferred) Forklift certification (Clark 5T) is a plus Strong attention to detail and quality control Willingness to work in a noisy, industrial production setting Ability to work independently and as part of a team Qualifications Education: High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or associate degree in Industrial Steel a related field preferred.
