          "text": "<p>Are you mechanically inclined and ready to work with high-tech machinery?</p><p>We’re looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Roll Forming Machine Operator to join our automated metal production team in Adairsville, GA. In this role, you'll operate advanced roll forming lines to manufacture metal profiles — including uprights — based on exact design specifications. If you thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and take pride in precision, we want to hear from you!</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Operate a fully automated roll forming line (uncoiler, straightener, punching press, roll former, cutting press).</li><li>Set up and adjust machine settings based on production orders (via ERP/SAP).</li><li>Load and change coils in coordination with crane/bridge operators.</li><li>Perform hourly and per-coil quality checks (length, thickness, perforations, etc.).</li><li>Handle basic machine maintenance and package strapping (AGV handling included).</li><li>Flag and quarantine defective products and report issues to the production supervisor.</li><li>Act as the final quality checkpoint for galvanized (Galva) parts before shipment.</li><li>Participate in scheduled 5S audits and maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.</li></ul><p><strong>Equipment &amp; Tools You’ll Work With:</strong></p><ul><li>Roll forming line: uncoiler, straightener, punching &amp; cutting presses</li><li>AGV (Automated Guided Vehicle) systems for product transport</li><li>ERP systems (SAP) for tracking orders and entering production data</li><li>Measuring tools: calipers, gauges, rulers</li><li>PPE: safety shoes, gloves, safety glasses, earplugs, hard hats</li></ul><p><strong>What You Bring to the Team:</strong></p><ul><li>Previous experience in a manufacturing or metal forming environment</li><li>Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and profiles</li><li>Basic computer skills and familiarity with ERP systems (SAP preferred)</li><li>Forklift certification (Clark 5T) is a plus</li><li>Strong attention to detail and quality control</li><li>Willingness to work in a noisy, industrial production setting</li><li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team</li></ul>",
