We develop complex, radiation effects mitigated, designs that balance competing requirements in modern space programs, delivering cutting-edge solutions that enable our customers to achieve more in space.</p><p><strong>Position Summary</strong></p><p>The Aerospace Electronics Assembly Technician assembles, inspects, and tests high-reliability electronic and electro-mechanical hardware for advanced space and defense systems. Working from engineering documentation and technical standards, this role performs precision assembly tasks including cable and harness fabrication, soldering, and related production activities while ensuring compliance with quality and workmanship requirements. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, hands-on, and committed to producing mission-critical hardware in a collaborative manufacturing environment.<br>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Duties and Responsibilities</strong></p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li>Assemble electro-mechanical product in accordance with engineering instructions, technical manuals, and training.</li><li>Follow written instructions to execute tasking in a standard and repeatable manner.</li><li>Identifies problems and issues in straightforward situations.
