This role requires mastery in advanced retouching techniques, refined creative judgment, and a strategic understanding of how imagery supports overarching brand storytelling and visual presentation. The Senior Editorial Retoucher serves as the expert collaborator with Art Direction, Design, Marketing, Studio Production, and the Post-Production Team, ensuring visual alignment with campaign direction and the seamless delivery of assets according to rigorous production timelines. In addition to executing the most complex, high-end retouching work, this role supports the optimization of editorial post-production workflows, including setting best practices for asset organization, project coordination, and technical collaboration across teams.
