This role will provide expertise to ensure effective delivery and a high-quality results throughout the development of AI-based services. </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>What You’ll Do</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Lead a team of engineers to deliver a series of AI agents and AI-based services</li>\n <li>Provide professional and technical leadership with impactful guidance, coaching, and feedback  </li>\n <li>Empower the team with clear goals and a data-informed approach to ensure excellence  </li>\n <li>Identify opportunities for continuous improvement with the team  </li>\n <li>Collaborate with Product Mgmt., Architecture, and other Engineering Leaders to define and plan work </li>\n <li>Monitor active work to manage risk, escalate blockers, and ensure delivery goals </li>\n <li>Collaborate with other internal teams to ensure alignment and achieve shared roadmap milestones </li>\n</ul>\n<p>  </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>We’re Excited to Learn More About You</strong>  </p>\n<p>Your experience should include:  </p>\n<ul>\n <li>8+ years of experience creating high quality and scalable solutions </li>\n <li>8+ years of experience confirming requirements, technical designs, testing, and production readiness  </li>\n <li>3+ years managing engineering teams and providing feedback to ensure velocity and quality  </li>\n <li>Ability to provide coaching and guidance on software development best practices, DevOps, Security best practices, and cloud native architecture </li>\n <li>Technical leadership of Generative AI initiatives </li>\n <li>Knowledge of software development lifecycle methodology and testing practices </li>\n <li>Ability to recruit, develop, and retain technical teams </li>\n <li>Experience with Scrum practices and tools like Jira and Confluence </li>\n <li>Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, MIS, or CIS, or equivalent work experience  \n  <ul>\n   <li>We proudly support and encourage people with military experience, as well as military spouses, to apply </li>\n  </ul></li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>When You Join Team Applied, You Can Expect:</strong>  </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>A culture that values who you are </strong>and recognizes that you aren’t just an employee; you are a teammate, and you matter. To determine a new team member’s starting pay, we consider a variety of factors, including someone’s depth, breadth, and variety of experience, skills, and responsibilities.
