    "description_html": "<p><strong>PURPOSE STATEMENT</strong></p><p>The EVS under the direction of the Manager and Director is responsible for performing a variety of duties associated with cleaning, sanitizing, and general maintenance of Western Missouri Medical Center buildings and facilities so as to maintain in an orderly and sanitary condition.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS</strong></p><ul><li>Customer service with all levels of patients and hospital staff</li><li>Cleaning and sanitizing patient rooms, facilities, office areas, off site clinics, and other areas designated by their supervisor</li><li>Use and maintain floor equipment</li><li>Ensure supplies are stocked and readily available at all times</li><li>Ensure trash removal of designated assigned areas and proper disposal</li><li>Ensure dirty linens are removed and stored in appropriate locations, replace as needed</li><li>Follow proper biohazard procedures and ensure compliance for the different governmental agencies</li><li>Maintain regular and predictable attendance</li><li>Perform other duties as assigned</li></ul>",
