  "key_responsibilities": "<div><!--block-->The Director of Construction &amp; Design is responsible for leading the planning, design, and execution of construction projects from concept through completion. This role ensures projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with organizational goals, brand standards, and regulatory requirements. The Director oversees internal teams and external partners including architects, licensing process, contractors, and consultants.
