You will be in charge of ensuring that the development team follows the internal processes and produces code meeting our quality requirements and implementing the requested features in a timely manner.&#xa0;</p><p>You like being part of a challenging and innovative environment, and enjoy building teams and internal processes. You are able to prototype and explore ideas quickly, and to guide and give advice to the other members of the development team. You will actively take part in the recruitment process of the members of the team that will report to you.</p><p>For nearly all of the development fields of the company, you can justify several years of experience in or a good understanding of its specificity and its challenges: data security, backend development, multimedia application, game development, pipeline for content creation.&#xa0;</p><p>We are a small team, so you’ll be part of the entire product building process, from conception to development.
