Learn more at www.cretexmedical.com.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Position Summary:</strong></p>\n<p>The Cell Lead II will be responsible for coordinating, monitoring, and leading the activities of a cellular work team in support of assigned goals and objectives in a manufacturing environment.  The Cell Leader II will manage employee time, approve time transactions in the ADP system, and will create performance related goals.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Shift Available: </strong></p>\n<p>1st Shift: 6:00 am - 2:30 pm Monday-Friday</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Execute to the production schedule </li>\n <li>Assign employees to run equipment and jobs</li>\n <li>Ensure the area has the materials and supplies to meet production needs</li>\n <li>Ensure jobs are completed and meet quality standards and are on time</li>\n <li>Ensure machinery and equipment is running efficiently and effectively</li>\n <li>Provide employees on–the–job training and mentoring</li>\n <li>Ensure employees are following work instructions and processes</li>\n <li>Provide daily updates through the Tier I process </li>\n <li>Communicate production issues, schedules, and priorities within and between teams</li>\n <li>Implement process improvements</li>\n <li>Create employee goals, performance initiatives and areas of accountability that are directly aligned with the goals of the company</li>\n <li>Ensure employees are following company guidelines, policies, and procedures </li>\n <li>Manage the manufacturing ERP systems for production </li>\n <li>Support and comply with the company Quality System, ISO, and medical device requirements</li>\n <li>Read, understand, and follow work instructions and standard work</li>\n <li>Partner with other business segments:  sales/marketing, customer service, engineering, quality, and finance</li>\n <li>Understand customer needs and the core business markets we serve</li>\n <li>Ensure business systems are implemented, maintained, and functioning properly</li>\n <li>Participate in required company meetings </li>\n <li>Maintain an organized work area (5S)</li>\n <li>Participate in the Operational Excellence Program</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>High School Diploma or GED</li>\n <li>3 years of supervisory experience </li>\n <li>7 years of experience in manufacturing operations </li>\n <li>Knowledge of manufacturing machinery, equipment, and processes</li>\n <li>Knowledge of legal and regulatory requirements</li>\n <li>Ability to manage relationships and team facilitation</li>\n <li>Strong attention to detail </li>\n <li>Strong problem-solving skills </li>\n <li>Ability to prioritize work and manage multiple tasks </li>\n <li>Ability to take direction from and give input to the next level leader</li>\n <li>Ability to collaborate and assist team members</li>\n <li>Ability to cross train in other areas of production when required</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Preferred Knowledge, Skills and Abilities</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Business/technical degree</li>\n <li>Medical manufacturing experience</li>\n <li>Familiar with ISO and FDA requirements</li>\n <li>Certifications in a related field</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p>#LI-JB1</p>\n<h2>Pay Range</h2>USD $24.66 - USD $30.19 /Hr.\n<h2>Pay Range Details</h2>\n<p>This pay range reflects the base hourly rate or annual salary for positions within this job grade, based on our market-based pay structures. Actual compensation will depend on factors such as skills, relevant experience, education, internal equity, business needs, and local market conditions.
