You&rsquo;ll work closely with customers, manufacturer reps, and our internal teams to turn needs into engineered solutions that deliver real value.</p><p>In this role, you will:</p><ul><li>Develop accurate, timely proposals in partnership with Sales, Engineering, and Production teams</li><li>Analyze customer applications and recommend the right product sizing, configuration, and performance solutions</li><li>Manage and support the quoting process, CRM (HubSpot), and sales-related documentation</li><li>Partner with customers throughout the sales cycle&mdash;from initial inquiry to final order</li><li>Translate customer needs into detailed order packages for Engineering and Production</li><li>Support engineer-to-order projects and serve as a technical resource across the organization</li><li>Provide technical support to outside sales, manufacturer reps, and service teams</li><li>Contribute to new product development efforts as the voice of the customer</li><li>Assist with marketing materials, sales training content, and internal knowledge sharing</li><li>Travel occasionally for customer visits, trade shows, and industry events</li></ul><h2><strong>What You Bring</strong></h2><p>You&rsquo;re a problem solver with a strong technical foundation and a passion for working directly with customers. You enjoy digging into details, asking the right questions, and finding solutions that work in the real world.</p><p><strong>Required:</strong></p><ul><li>3+ years of relevant experience in engineering, technical sales, or applications engineering</li><li>Strong communication and customer engagement skills</li><li>Ability to interpret technical specifications, drawings, and application requirements</li><li>Experience working cross-functionally with sales, engineering, and operations teams</li><li>Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM/ERP systems</li></ul><p><strong>Preferred:</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Mechanical, Chemical, or Process Engineering</li><li>Experience in B2B technical sales environments</li><li>Experience in Oil &amp; Gas industry</li><li>Familiarity with manufacturer representative channels or international sales</li><li>Ability to read and interpret P&amp;IDs and technical drawings</li></ul><h2><strong>Who You Are</strong></h2><p>At Sentry, we look for team members who bring both capability and character.
