This position will interact with third-party payers to file billing claims for services rendered, as well as assist clients in ensuring payment for services. This will be a full-time position, Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, on-site at 503 Farrell Drive, Covington, KY 41011. </p><p><b>PERKS & PAY</b></p><ul><li>Salary: <strong>$17.15 to $18.05, depending on experience</strong></li><li>Up to 12% contingency bonus</li><li>Generous plan for paid time off (PTO) (Up to 16 days first year)</li><li>10 Paid Holidays</li><li>Individual and family insurance coverage: Various medical, vision, and dental plans to choose from</li><li>HSA Employer match up to $1000, depending on plan</li><li>401(k) with employer match</li><li>Professional Development</li></ul><p><b>JOB DUTIES</b></p><ul><li>Support NorthKey Community Care staff and clients regarding billing matters in a polite, courteous, and professional manner.</li><li>Submit billing data to third-party payers and work claims to ensure maximum reimbursement for services provided.</li><li>Perform posting charges and completion of claims to payers in a timely fashion.</li><li>Assist, cooperate, and communicate with staff regarding fiscal matters in the billing department.</li><li>Adhere to strict confidentiality and HIPAA regulations.</li></ul><p><b>QUALIFICATIONS</b></p><ul><li>High school diploma or equivalent is required.
