You’ll support the Store Manager in creating a positive, productive environment for both customers and employees. Your key responsibilities include:</p><ul><li>Lead store activities to ensure strong sales and production performance</li><li>Support recruitment, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding of new team members</li><li>Train and develop staff in alignment with company standards</li><li>Review and verify daily sales reports, deposits, and financial procedures</li><li>Coordinate product flow and shipments to ensure inventory meets sales goals</li><li>Open and close the store, manage deposits, and secure the building</li><li>Provide excellent customer and donor service, including resolving complaints</li><li>Supervise the processing of donated goods to ensure quality and sales readiness</li><li>Organize and rotate merchandise by category and color</li><li>Encourage team motivation through communication and performance feedback</li><li>Report maintenance needs and safety concerns to store leadership</li><li>Act as Store Manager in their absence</li></ul><p>________________________________________</p><p><br></p>",
