    "description": "<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Job Responsibilities:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Planning and controlling deliveries of goods in and out of PBL warehouse.</li>\n<li>Coordinate and establish GEMBA and/or Toolbox meetings along with procedures and schedules to maintain.</li>\n<li>Plan, and coordinates rotation and processes associated with effective Employee Time Usage</li>\n<li>Coordinate and establish customer and employee feedback process and actions deemed Priority for daily, weekly, and monthly targets. (Includes maintaining a customer complaint list and actions taken)</li>\n<li>Plan, Coordinate and implement all stripping and stuffing processes and procedures with Clerks, Foremen, Operations and Shipping Agents (Tally Sheets, BL’s, Work Queues)</li>\n<li>Develop, Implement and Coordinate warehouse inventory system and maintain stacking plan for efficient storage.</li>\n<li>Develop, Plan, Implement, Maintain and Monitor Strategic Plan for Warehouse inclusive of goals, objectives, KPIs (revaluation if required), process manual, safety Management system (Benchmark)</li>\n<li>Verify and direct employees to follow up any discrepancies found on tally sheets and be informed immediately.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Produce reports and statistics: daily, weekly, and monthly to management such as: </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ol>\n<li>Deliveries report</li>\n<li>Stripping report</li>\n<li>Cargo Tonnage report</li>\n<li>Forklift Consumption log report</li>\n<li>Tonnage per worker report</li>\n<li>Monthly Attendance report</li>\n<li>Personnel Summary report</li>\n<li>Terminal Delivery report</li>\n<li>Container Stripping report</li>\n<li>Safety Incidents</li>\n<li>Claims Report</li>\n</ol>\n<ul>\n<li>Review reports, signs off and file for future reference.</li>\n<li>Plan, Coordinate, Implement and Execute auction event with CEO, COO, Chief Accountant every six months. (This includes providing auction lists and coordinating HR for resources.)</li>\n<li>Reduction, Notification and Addressing of cargo related accidents and incidents.</li>\n<li>Investigate employees’ infractions and make recommendations to HR and CEO.</li>\n<li>Any other duties of a related nature that may be assigned from</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Job Qualifications/ Requirements:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Port Management or other related field (master’s degree would be an asset)</li>\n<li>5-8 years exemplary Leadership experience of diverse teams.</li>\n<li>Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in supervision or managing logistics operations or other similar fields.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Skills/ Competencies:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Emotional intelligence</li>\n<li>Critical and analytical thinking</li>\n<li>Technology literacy</li>\n<li>Coaching and mentoring</li>\n<li>High cognitive ability</li>\n<li>Complex problem solving</li>\n<li>Assertive and decisive</li>\n<li>Innovative and creative</li>\n<li>Resilient, high stress tolerance, flexible and adaptable</li>\n<li>Visionary and inspiring</li>\n<li>High integrity</li>\n</ul>",
