Must possess effective communication skills.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 15px\"> </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">Mandatory Hiring Requirements</span></span><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">:</span></span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">References, Background Check, Drug Screen Testing, Valid Driver’s License.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 15px\"> </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">Responsibilities: </span></span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">Must adhere to Ace Electric’s Safety Program.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">Must be able to install electrical work in accordance with Ace Electric Standards while adhering to project plans and specifications.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">Coordinate installations with other construction trades.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">Must utilize reason and logic to perform mathematical operations quickly and accurately.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">Must possess a complete understanding of construction drawings and details, and be able to visualize the 3-dimensional structure represented. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">Responsible for coordinating the materials, tools and equipment necessary to complete any assigned task.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">Direct the work of Electrician Helpers and Apprentices as assigned by Superintendent or their designated person.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">Accurately install conduit, wire, pre-fab assemblies, panel-boards, light fixtures, devices, and other equipment per layout by the Superintendent or designated person.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">Prevent excessive waste of labor and materials by performing high quality installations, consistent with the designed layout, without requiring rework.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">Follow construction drawings and other documents to ensure that concealed wiring is installed before completion of wall, ceiling, and flooring finishes are installed.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">Measure, cut, bend, thread, ream, and install conduit, using appropriate tools such as hacksaw, band saw, pipe threader and conduit bender. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">Pull and terminate branch and feeder conductors.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">Terminate wiring to light fixtures, motors, panels, devices, and other electrical equipment, using hand tools and power tools.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">Utilize test equipment to test voltage, amperage, and continuity of circuit wiring to ensure compatibility and safety of components.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">Ability to trouble-shoot and perform repairs on faulty circuits, equipment or systems.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">Complete all required documentation.</span><br><br></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">Position Requirements:</span></span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">License:</span><span style=\"font-size: 15px\"> Valid state driver's license as required by job conditions or by the company.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">Certifications: </span><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">Applicable federal, state, and local certifications as required by job conditions or by the company.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">Education: </span><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">High School Graduate or GED.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">Experience: Minimum of 6-years electrical experience preferred.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">OSHA 10 - Construction </span></li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">Working Conditions:</span></span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">Job requires working in all weather elements; heat, cold, rain, or snow, depending on job location and time of year.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">Must be able to utilize construction site sanitary facilities (Porta-Johns).</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">Job requires employee to have required personal tools with him at all times (waist tool belt as worn weighs approximately 30 lbs.).</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">Work from all types of ladders and be able to transport/relocate ladders unassisted.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">Employee’s personal weight with tools cannot exceed the rated weight capacity of ladders used.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">Perform work at various heights, up to 90 feet from ladders, scaffolds, aerial work platforms, cat walks and other safe work areas.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">Work in restricted or confined areas such as switch gear-rooms, manholes, utility tunnels and crawl spaces.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">Must wear all personal protective equipment as required</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">Must be able to regularly work 40 hours per week plus overtime as required.
